Spirits & Spice Roasted Broccoli

Super easy and delicious - our favorite things!

You will need:

1 large head of broccoli
2 Tbsp of any Spirits & Spice Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Spirits & Spice Veggies-r-Us
1 large resealable bag
Salt to taste

Preheat your oven to roasting (or 450 degrees).  Cut the stems off the broccoli and discard.  Cut the flowers of the broccoli so that they are in roughly 1 inch pieces.  You will have lots of small flower parts; don't worry about it.  Put all of the flower pieces, including the little bits, into a large resealable bag.  Pour the Olive Oil into the resealable bag; zip and shake.

On a large cooking sheet spread the olive oil coated broccoli flower bits.  Sprinkle the Vegetarian Victory on the broccoli bits (they are called florets but I think broccoli bits have a nice alliteration to it).  Roast in the oven until the bits are blackened on the edges or until they are mostly black if you like them crunchy -- about 10 to 15 minutes.  Enjoy!
