We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders under $200 are charged a flat fee of $25 for non-alcohol orders, and $35 for orders containing alcohol.
Addresses cannot be changed once shipped (shipping companies are not allowing it). If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Spirits & Spice, and a reshipping fee of $38 will be charged to ship it to a different address.

Alcohol is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Our return policy for online purchases is applicable for all products except for alcohol. For all the other products, you can return them within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. However, please note that alcohol is non-refundable and cannot be returned. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any of our products, minus a $25 reshipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
