Orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days. All shipping companies are currently experiencing delays due to backlogs. Thank you for your patience.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Please note that due to climbing costs, our shipping pricing has increased effective 09/01/23. Orders under $200 are charged a flat fee of $25 for non-alcohol orders, and $35 for orders containing alcohol.

Addresses cannot be changed once shipped (shipping companies are not allowing it). If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Spirits & Spice, and a reshipping fee of $38 will be charged to ship it to a different address.

Alcohol Shipping Regulations:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol.
  • Orders containing alcohol must be signed for at the time of delivery by an adult, 21+. It is strongly recommended that customers ship to a business address for orders containing alcohol due to a required signature.
  • Alcohol cannot be shipped to the following states: AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, KY, MA, ME, MI, MS, NH, PA, RI, TN, UT, VT
  • If the order is returned to Spirits & Spice due to customer unavailability (typically after multiple delivery attempts), the order will either be refunded less all shipping costs incurred by the shipper, or may be reshipped for a fee of $38. 
  • A redirection fee of $16 will be charged if the recipient's address is changed after the shipment has left the warehouse.
  • You are encouraged to check updates with the carrier once you receive your tracking information. 
  • Orders ship out of Arizona, Illinois, Nevada, and/or Wyoming.
  • The shipment of spirits and wine is highly regulated and fast-changing. All orders will be reviewed, and customers will be contacted to resolve any issues.

If you purchased a bottle in one of our stores to be shipped and have questions about the handwriting:

  1. We cannot guarantee special handwriting on a bottle being shipped. If you see a handwriting you like in the store, you must purchase it and take it with you. 
  2. We are unable guarantee or duplicate any artwork.
  3. We are happy to personalize a bottle with a saying, short sentence, date, or greeting. Please be sure to add the exact spelling and punctuation required in the notes section of your order. 
  4. We are unable to replace bottles that deviate from the above requirements. Please reach out to the individual store you purchased from if you have any questions (link to store contact)

Returns

Alcohol is non-refundable and non-returnable.

Our return policy for online purchases is applicable for all products except for alcohol. For all the other products, you can return them within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. However, please note that alcohol is non-refundable and cannot be returned. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any of our products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Products purchases in store are subject to different return/refund policies.  Contact your store for details. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the $38 cost of return shipping and $38 cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
