Spirits & Spice is a true labor of love developed by Kim Weiss and her team. Her goal is simple; provide the best quality products resulting in the best tasting experience imaginable and have fun while doing it.

Kim Weiss has worn many hats throughout her career, including lawyer, actress, and entrepreneur. In 2008 she opened her first specialty retail food franchise selling oils, vinegars, and spirits. In 2018, to offer a broader selection of gourmet foods and spirits to her customers, Kim stepped out on her own and created Spirits & Spice, currently located in Jackson, Wyoming, Sedona, Arizona, Las Vegas, Nevada, Chicago, and Oakbrook Illinois. Kim's ability to see potential in relationships, discern quality products, and always think two (or ten) steps ahead has created the perfect recipe for success. She's excited to have you join us for all the new and exciting things in the future.
