Serves 8:
6 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Dill Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Lemon Cucumber Balsamic
1 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Tzatziki blend
1 Tbsp of Mayo
1 lb Penne pasta cooked
2 cups Broccoli, blanched & chopped
1 cup Grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup Mozzarella, cubed (try cutting your kids string cheese into chunks)
½ Red onion sliced thin
½ cup Artichoke hearts
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 Yellow bell pepper, chunked
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Optional: If you want to add a protein try ½ cup pepperoni circles, halved and ½ cup cubed ham.
Mix Oil and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add seasoning and salt and pepper. Stir in vinegar. Combine with rest of the ingredients and enjoy! So easy and so delicious.
