Quinoa & Pea Tabbouleh

Quinoa & Pea Tabbouleh

½ cup quinoa

1 cup fresh or thawed frozen peas

½ cup diced red onion

3 Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Lemon Cucumber Balsamic

3 Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Dill Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

2 Tbsp fresh dill

1 tsp. Spirits & Spice Tzatziki spice

1 tsp. Spirits & Spice Garlic Pepper

1 tsp. Kosher salt


Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions.  Bring a salted pot of water to a boil and cook the peas for 2 minutes until tender.  Drain and rinse under cold water to stop them cooking.  Allow the peas to cool.  Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Toss.  Enjoy!
