Mexican Bean Salad

⅓ cup Spirits & Spice Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ cup Spirits & Spice White Garlic Cilantro Balsamic

½ Tbsp Fresh lime juice

1 tsp Paprika

2 cans Black beans, rinsed and drained (15oz ea)

2 cups Frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

1 large Orange bell pepper, coarsely chopped

⅓ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

2 small Jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced

¾ tsp salt

½ tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Whisk together the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add the beans and the remaining ingredients; toss well to coat. Cover and let stand 1 hour, tossing occasionally.
