Broccoli Slaw

Two 12 ounce bags of prepared broccoli slaw (find this in the grocer’s salad section)

1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

3 hardboiled eggs, chopped

*6 pieces of bacon, fried until crispy and chopped

4 Tbsp. Braswell’s Dill Pickle Mustard

3 Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Lemon Cucumber Balsamic

1 tsp. Spirits & Spice Garlic Pepper

1 tsp. Spirits & Spice Alderwood Smoked Salt


In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, sliced red onion, chopped hard boiled eggs and bacon and toss.  In a small bowl, combine well the mustard, Lemon Cucumber Balsamic and Garlic Pepper.  Combine slaw mixture with the sauce.  Sprinkle with Alderwood Smoked Salt.  Serve.

 **For Clean Eating use non-factory farmed / organic and / or heritage breed pork for best results. Use non-cured bacon for cleaner eating.
