1 Head of Bok Choy, quartered
2 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Spirits & Spice Smoked Rosemary Salt to taste
Place on pan (cut side up) and drizzle with Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Put onto grill and cook through until there is a nice char. Remove from grill and add a sprinkle of Smoked Rosemary Salt to taste. This salt adds a nice crunch and lots of flavor to any of your veggies.
