1 Head of Bok Choy, quartered
Spirits & Spice Danish Smoked Salt to taste
Place on pan (cut side up) and drizzle with Lemon EVOO. Put onto grill and cook through until there is a nice char. Remove from grill and add a sprinkle of Danish Smoked Salt to taste. Danish Smoked salt adds a nice crunch and lots of flavor to any of your veggies.
