1 cup shelled Cajun boiled peanuts (see our delicious Ragin' Cajun Boiled Peanuts recipe)
2 Tbsps peanut butter
1 ½ tsp hot sauce
¼ tsp ground cumin
Rice crackers, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips
Process first 6 ingredients in a food processor until coarsely chopped, stopping to scrape down sides. With processor running, pour olive oil and Ginger Sesame oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream, processing until mixture is smooth. Stir in up to 5 Tbsp. water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, for desired consistency. Serve with rice crackers and vegetables. Use in any way you would use hummus.
