Savory Roasted Asparagus

1 bundle of asparagus, rinsed and bottom 1/3 cut off

2 Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Garlic & Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Vidalia Onion Balsamic

Kosher salt to taste

2 dashes of Truffle Hunter Truffle Dust

 

Preheat oven broiler.  In a shallow baking pan, cover the asparagus with the EVOO and the Vidalia Onion Balsamic.  Broil for 10 minutes.  Remove from heat and season with kosher salt and the Truffle Dust (OMG!  You have to try this stuff!)  Serve.
