1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 egg yolk
2 tsp Spirits & Spice Calamansi Balsamic
¾ cup Spirits & Spice Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher salt and Spirits & Spice Garlic Pepper
Whisk garlic with the egg yolk and vinegar or mix in a food processor. Start whisking or blending in the basil oil, drop by drop until it forms an emulsion. Season to taste with kosher salt and Spirits & Spice Garlic Pepper.
Use as a sandwich spread. Refrigerate ASAP and use within 2 weeks.
