1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 egg yolk
Kosher salt and Spirits & Spice Garlic Pepper to taste
Whisk garlic with the egg yok and vinegary or a food processor. Start whisking in the basil oil, drop by drop to for an emulsion. If using a machine, add oil little by little while blending or processing until it forms an emulsion. Season to taste with kosher salt and S&S Garlic Pepper.
Use as a sandwich spread. Refrigerate ASAP and use within 2 weeks.
