1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 tsp. finely chopped shallots
½ tsp kosher salt
Whisk together all ingredients except for the Basil EVOO. Once the vinegar mixture is well-blended add in the Bails EVOO slowly while whisking. Or blend all ingredients with a stick blender.
Use on salads, sliced tomatoes, or as a marinade for chicken.
