1 lb of Broccoli or Broccolini
1 ½ Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Ginger Sesame Oil
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
¼ cup of chicken broth
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted.
Remove the tough base of the broccoli and just use the heads. In a Wok, heat the Ginger Sesame oil over medium high heat. Add the garlic and the Curry spice and Sriracha Salt and toss the garlic and spices in the hot oil for 20 seconds. Add in the broccoli and cook, tossing and stirring constantly until broccoli is a dark green and is tender, about 5 minutes. Add in the broth and cook, still stirring, until the broth evaporates. Remove from the heat. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
