2 large Oranges
1 ½ Tbsp Lime juice
½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
¼ tsp salt
Squeeze the juice from your oranges. This should yield approximately ½ cup of juice.
Add all the ingredients to a blender (or a bowl if you're using an immersion blender).
Puree until smooth and the cilantro pieces are very small.
Due to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it isn’t recommended that you refrigerate for too long as it tends to firm up. Make as much is needed for the serving size.
