Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Black Bean & Corn Salsa

You will need:

 

1 can of black beans

1 can of sweet yellow corn

½ medium red onion finely diced

½ red bell pepper, cored with seeds and membranes removed, finely diced

1 Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Chili Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Peach Balsamic (will also work with Mango Balsamic)

1 tsp. Spirits & Spice Chili Lime Salt

 

Open and drain both the black beans and yellow corn.  Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.  That’s it.  

I like to serve this in a salad and with my Hickory Grilled Chicken.  It’s also great as a dip.
