I already eat pretty healthy -- but I have a few weaknesses that I fall back on when I'm in a hurry and mayonnaise or aioli is one of my weaknesses. Here is a recipe for Chicken Salad, which could also be used for tuna salad -- just substitute canned tuna for the Chicken -- that avoids Mayo and other hydrogenated fats -- in fact all fats.
You will need:
Fresh ginger, peeled about the size of the top part of your thumb
1 tsp S&S Asian Goes On Everything
1/4 medium yellow onion
3 Tbsp. S&S Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 cup of shredded chicken breast, skin off -- you can used canned chicken breast
3 ribs of diced celery
1 bunch of spring onions, diced to ends, discard the tips on both ends
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
Salt & Pepper to taste
