½ Red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Halved bay tomatoes
½ cup Kalamata olives
1 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Italian Herb Medley Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Vinagre Viejo de Montilla
1-2 Cloves minced garlic
1 tsp Dried oregano
¼ cup or More feta cheese
2 Red beets sliced or chopped
Mix spices and garlic with oil and vinegar. Mix all together and back covered at 400 for about 30 min.
