Tuna Salad Slaw

It seems old-fashioned, but with a new twist. Big on flavor & gut-healthy fiber!

Tuna Salad:

4 cans Tuna, packed in water, drained (5 oz)

1 cup Greek yogurt

⅓ cup Finely chopped celery (about 1 rib)

2 Tbsp Red onion minced, about 2 small slices

2 Tbsp Sweet pickle relish

1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice

1 Garlic clove, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, lemon juice, and garlic. 

Season to taste with salt and pepper (I like ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper). Serve immediately on bread or chill until serving


Dressing: 
1 tsp Spirits & Spice Dill Pickle Mustard
1 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Extra Virgin Olive Oil (any of our traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oils would be great) 
2 tsp Spirits & Spice Calamansi Balsamic
½ tsp honey
Salt & pepper to taste

Salad:

1 Bag prepared coleslaw mix

½ Apple

Combine ½ apple and coleslaw and mix with the dressing.  Top with tuna salad and voila!
