3 tbsp Spirits & Spice Ginger Sesame oil

1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped

1 tbsp Jalapeno finely chopped (fresh are the best)

1 tbsp Sriracha sauce

1 tsp Hoisin sauce

2 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Spirits & Spice Spicy Champagne Vinegar

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1-2 tbsp Brown sugar

1 pound Beef sirloin, cut into thin strips

¼ cup Beef broth or Chicken broth low sodium

1 Jalapeno thinly sliced

1 tsp Green onions thinly sliced for garnish

Heat Ginger Sesame Oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.  Add garlic and finely chopped jalapenos and saute until golden brown.

Add Sriracha sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Mix everything together.

Add beef strips and mix everything together. Cook for about 2 minutes.

Add broth and sliced jalapenos and cook until beef is tender and cooked through and liquid is reduced.

Garnish with green onions and enjoy!

Note:

  • If you prefer your beef very well done, cover the pan with a tight lid and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Make sure to add some water (about 1/4 cup) to prevent the beef from burning or sticking to the pan.
