This is fast, easy, tasty and healthy.  The entire meal can be put together in under 20 minutes.

For Fish:

12 oz. tilapia

2 tsp Spirits & Spice Ragin’ Cajun

1 tsp Spirits & Spice Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For Tartar Sauce:

¼ cup mayonnaise (use light mayo if you are calorie conscious.)

1 ½ tsp (or to taste) sweet pickle relish

1 tsp Dried dill

1 tsp Fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Spirits & Spice Calamansi Balsamic

TILAPIA

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil and brush lightly with ½ of the Spirits & Spice Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Place tilapia filets on the foil and lightly brush with the remaining Spirits & Spice Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sprinkle the Ragin’ Cajun spice blend over the fish so it adheres to the fish.

Place the fish in the oven for 8-10 minutes.  Do not overcook.  The fish should be tender and flake easily with a fork.

TARTAR SAUCE

While the fish is baking, combine all of the ingredients for the tartar sauce in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.

Great served with spinach or wilted chard!
