SoCal Grilled Chicken

¾ cup Aceto Balsamico Oro

1 tsp. Spirits & Spice Garlic Pepper

2 tbsp. Honey

2 tbsp. Spirits & Spice Italian Carolea Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsp. Spirits & Spice Italian Goes on Everything

Salt to taste

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

4 slices mozzarella

4 slices avocado

4 slices tomato

1 Tbsp. Spirits & Spice Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spirits & Spice Aceto Balsamico Vintage, for drizzling

 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Oro Balsamic, Garlic Pepper, honey, extra virgin olive oil, and Italian Goes on Everything spice and season with salt. Pour over chicken breasts and marinate 20 minutes.
  2. Heat grill to medium high. Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 170ºF on an instant-read thermometer.
  3. Top chicken with mozzarella, avocado, and tomato and cover grill to melt, 2 minutes.
  4. Garnish with Basil EVOO and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
