So easy you’ll have time left to go out and wrestle a gator!
3 large chicken breasts or 6 small chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking sheet or dish. Set aside.
Start by brushing each chicken breast with Chili EVOO and place in a skillet on high to sear one minute on each side to seal in juices.
Then rub Ragin’ Cajun onto the breast and place on pan.
Bake until juices run clear or internal temperature is at least 165 degrees. Remove from the oven finish with a light drizzle of the Chili EVOO and enjoy! Try with our Peach Tomatillo Salsa or Cranberry Orange Salsa.
