*1 trout fillet, deboned and descaled
2 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Lemon Cucumber Balsamic
1 tsp Spirits & Spice Tzatziki Blend
Pre-heat your broiler to 300 degrees. Combine the Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Lemon Cucumber Balsamic in a small bowl. Brush the oil and vinegar mixture onto both sides of the trout fillet. Sprinkle the Tzatziki spice blend onto the top side (not the skin side) of the fillet.
Broil the trout for 20 to 30 minutes (or until you have reached the desired level of doneness).
