Santa Fe Luau Pulled Pork Sandwich

For the Pork

 Lightly coat the pork with salt and seasoning.

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.

Cook on medium for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours and then shred.


 Caramelized Onions


  1. Melt the butter and oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat until foaming.
  2. Add the onions, and let them cook, stirring rarely, until they are deep golden
  3. Brown and caramelized, about 45 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and let cool.





Finish it all off by brushing remaining Hickory Smoked Chipotle EVOO onto Hawaiian rolls and you are in for a HUGE treat!
