This recipe is easy and Keto friendly, vegan, gluten and dairy-free.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower head, sliced into ½ to ¾ inch steak slices
- Spirits & Spice Chili Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Spirits & Spice Schwarma spice blend
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Set your oven on the broil setting or convection broil if available (you can also do this in an Air fryer).
- On a sheet pan lined with either parchment paper or aluminum foil, place the cauliflower steaks. Drizzle them with Chili Oil and move them around and turn them so that they are oiled on both sides. Sprinkle a healthy amount (I used about 1 Tbsp on steaks sliced from 1 medium Cauliflower head) of the Schwarma spice blend on the Cauliflower, turning them to make sure they are coated on both sides with both the oil and the spice. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Broil for at least 5 minutes or until the cauliflower edges are browning, remove from the oven and turn each steak over.
- Return to the oven until crispy and browned to your liking (at least 5 more minutes.)
