You will need:
6 beets with stems on
¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
Preheat your oven to 350-degree F. Cut the stems off the beets leaving the last 1 inch on them as a stem. Peel the beets with a peeler. Brush the outside of the beets with the olive oil. Dust them with the spice and season them with the salt. Bake for 1 hour or until they are fork tender.
