1 Package Angel Hair Pasta
⅓ cup Spirits & Spice Pesto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Spirits & Spice Pesto Perfection
Drizzle Spirits & Spice Aceto Balsamico Di Famiglia
Halved Cherry Tomatoes- as many or as little as you want
Basil Chiffonade (chopped basil in strips) as much or as little as you want, it’s garnish
Red Pepper Flakes (optional) for garnish
Directions:
Cook Angel Hair Pasta according to instructions. Salt the water! At least a palm full of salt into your pasta water. Reserve ¼ pasta water.
In a saucepan, heat ⅓ cup Pesto Olive Oil on low to low-medium heat. Add 1 tbsp. Pesto Perfection, heat slowly and let the seasonings rehydrate.
When Pasta is done, oil is fragrant and spices have rehydrated, add the pasta to the oil. Drizzle in water until the oil becomes a sauce while stirring the Pasta and incorporating all the goodness. Toss with cherry tomatoes and basil. Garnish with red pepper flakes and a drizzle of Aceto Balsamico Di Famiglia.
Want it to be a pasta salad? After stirring the pasta and water, let the product come to room temperature and then refrigerate until cold. Then toss in the cherry tomatoes, basil, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with Aceto Balsamico Di Famiglia. Serve chilled.
