Ingredients:
- 2 lb - chicken wings / mini drumsticks
- 5 T Garlic - minced
- Pink Himalayan Salt - To Taste
- Fresh Crushed Black Pepper - To Taste
- 2 T Spirits & Spice Dill Pickle Mustard
- 2 T Spirits & Spice Lemon Dill EVOO
Small Wares:
- 2 large sheet trays
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 small saute pan
Method:
1. Preheat Oven or air fryer to 375 degrees
2. On large sheet tray, cook wings for approximately 18-25 minutes until crispy golden brown or to your preferred
doneness.
3. Sauté garlic over low-medium heat, with lid on and off, stir intermittently, until golden brown.
4. In large mixing bowl, combine cooked garlic, Spirits & Spice Dill Pickle Mustard, Spirits & Spice Lemon Dill EVOO
5. Add wings to sauce and toss until completely covered, put back on sheet tray.
6. Finish in oven for additional 2-4 minutes and serve hot.
