Vidalia and Sweet Onion Cracker Dip

Vidalia and Sweet Onion Cracker Dip

Vidalia and Sweet Onion Cracker Dip

1 8oz package of Cream Cheese (very soft)

2 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Vidalia Onion Balsamic

1 cup Mayonnaise (not sweet)

1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan

1 cup Diced Sweet Onion

1 Tbsp Spirits and Spice Garlic Pepper Blend

Toasted Bread or Crackers or Tortilla Chips for Dipping

Pre Heat Oven to 350 Degrees F

Place the Cream Cheese in a bowl. The cream cheese must be very soft (like table butter) to allow ingredients to blend well together. If you need to soften it, place in the microwave for a few seconds until soft, checking regularly.  You don’t want it melted or too hot.

Add Mayonnaise, Parmesan, Onion, Garlic Pepper Blend, and Vidalia Onion Balsamic. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.

Pour mixture into an oven-safe baking dish (I recommend a 6-inch dish or an 8-inch square dish). Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until top crust is golden brown or almost dark brown burnt looking (the darker the color the better the flavor), and all ingredients are melted together.

For extra flavor, you can add a light drizzle of Vidalia Onion balsamic or Caramelized Onion Balsamic on top before serving

The dip is ready to serve hot and gooey with your choice of crackers or chips.
