Summer Chocolate Pistachio Cream Cocktail

This cocktail combines the nutty and chocolate flavors with a hint of spice from the vodka and the refreshing coolness appropriate for summer. You can also serve it lightly blended with ice for a frozen version!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz S&S Chocolate Pistachio Cream
  • 1 oz S&S Cinnamon Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh cold-brew coffee (to add a subtle bitterness and contrast)
  • 1 oz milk or cream (optional, for creaminess)
  • Ice cubes
  • Crushed pistachios (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the Chocolate Pistachio Cream, cinnamon vodka, cold-brew coffee, and milk or cream if using.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with crushed pistachios and a sprig of fresh mint.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
