Spirits & Spice New Year’s Eve Cocktail

1 ½ oz Spirits & Spice Spanish Solera Brandy

¾ oz Romariz Fine Ruby Port

¾ oz Orange juice

4 oz Roland Champion Champagne Special Club Grand Cru

Pour the brandy, port and orange juice into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake well.  Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne.  Cheers!
