1 1/2 ounces Spirits & Spice Spanish Solera Brandy
3/4 ounce Romariz Fine Ruby Port
3/4 ounce orange juice
4 ounces Roland Champion Champagne Special Club Grand Cru
Pour the brandy, port and orange juice into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne. Cheers!
