Stop & Smell the Roses Cocktail

1 oz (30 ml) Spirits & Spice S&S Vodka

1 oz (30 ml) Spirits & Spice Rose Petal Liqueur 

1 oz (30 ml) Spirits & Spice Grenadine

1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice (or try ½ oz Spirits & Spice Ginger Liqueur)

1 Egg White

Raspberries for garnish

 

Put the vodka, rose liqueur, grenadine, lemon juice (or ginger liqueur), and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for at least 25 seconds, until egg whites are foamy. 

Add ice and shake until chilled, about 5 seconds. 

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with raspberries.
