2 ounces Spirits & Spice Barbados Rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
1 ½ ounces Spirits & Spice Coconut Cream Liqueur
¼ ounce fresh lime juice
1 cup ice
Maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge for garnish
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge.
If you would like the drink to be thicker, add more ice. For a thinner drink use less ice.
