2 ounces Spirits & Spice Barrel Mellowed Gin
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 bottle Sparkling apple cider (we like Martenelli’s)
Wet the rim of the glass with the lemon wedge and rim with the Bourbon Sugar. Fill glass with ice.
In a shaker combine gin, syrup, balsamic and ice and shake. Pour into glass until half full. Fill the rest of the way with the sparkling apple cider, garnish with the lemon and voila!
