Mellowed Gin Apple Rickey

2 oz Spirits & Spice Barrel Mellowed Gin

1 Tbsp Maple syrup

1 tsp Spirits & Spice Apple Balsamic

1 bottle Sparkling apple cider (we like Martenelli’s)

Sugar

Lemon Wedge

Wet the rim of the glass with the lemon wedge and rim with the sugar.  Fill glass with ice.

In a shaker combine gin, syrup, balsamic and ice and shake.  Pour into glass until half full.  Fill the rest of the way with the sparkling apple cider, garnish with the lemon and voila!
