2 oz Spirits & Spice Gin
1 oz Spirits & Spice Grandma's Apple Crisp Liqueur
1 oz Apple cider
1⁄2 oz Fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Honey syrup*
1 pinch Cinnamon
1 dash Bitters
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Double-strain into a coupe glass.
Express the oil from a lemon twist and garnish with the twist.
*Honey Syrup
1 cup Honey
1 cup Water
Combine honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature and transfer to a clean glass jar. Cover and keep refrigerated.
