Spirits & Spice Satay Dip

2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt (organic and grass fed where possible)

2 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Matt’s Peanut Satay

2 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Chili Oil

2 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Vanilla Balsamic

 

Mix together well until thoroughly combined. Let sit for half an hour at room temperature.  

Use as a dressing for asian salads or as a dip for veggies. 

For Low carb / keto dip in grilled chicken tenderloins or grilled pork chops cut in strips.
