 Ingredients (Feeds 2-3 people):

- 2 C Brown or White Rice (cooked and cooled)
- 1 C (cup) Red Onion - diced or julienne
- 4 T minced garlic
- 2 T (tablespoon) Sesame Oil
- 1-2 T Spirits and Spice Citrus Habanero Oil
- 2-3 T pink Himalayan salt (or to taste)
- 2-3 T Coconut Aminos
- 1 T fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T Spirits And Spice Asian Goes on Everything
- ½ C Shiitake Mushrooms (or mushroom of choice) - Julienne (thin sliced)
- ½ C Shredded Carrots
- 1 C Spinach
- ½ C corn
- ½ C peas
- 1-2 eggs (optional)
- ½ T white sesame seeds
- ½ T black sesame seeds

Method:

1. In large sauté pan or wok, add 1-2 T sesame oil over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms, stir, cover. Stir every 30 seconds - 1 minute. When onions start to get soft, after about 2-3 minutes, add minced garlic, cover, stir intermittently. Develop golden brown color on onions, mushrooms, and garlic, remove from pan, and reserve.

2. Using same pan, heat pan over medium-high heat, and add rice (should be prepared in advance, and cooled beforehand). Add carrots, spinach, corn, peas, garlic powder, onion powder, and Spirits & Spice “Asian All Over” seasoning. Incorporate all ingredients together. Stir / mix approx. ever 1-2 minutes, developing color and flavor on the rice.

3. Add Spirits & Spice Citrus Habanero oil (to taste, 1-2 T, more if you like it hot!), and incorporate into rice and veggies. Add mushroom, onion, and garlic mix back in and incorporate. Add in coconut aminos and continue to stir intermittently for 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat.

4. Feel free to add in your own protein of choice - eggs, tofu, nuts chicken, beef, fish, or other!

5. Plate in a nice large bowl, and cover with sesame seeds. Bon appetite!
