Simple Purple Haze Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Spirits & Spice Purple Haze Purple Corn Whiskey
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• ¾ oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
• Ice
• Lemon wheel or twist (optional, for garnish)
  

Instructions:

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add the whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds).
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist if desired.
