Roasted Vegetables with Italian Herb Balsamic Glaze

The Italian Herb Balsamic vinegar will add a savory Mediterranean flavor to the roasted vegetables, making it a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving meal.

Ingredients:

  • Assorted vegetables (such as carrots, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spirits & Spice Italian Herb Balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
