Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant but not browned, about 1-2 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the garlic and olive oil. Toss until the pasta is well coated.
Season with red pepper flakes and salt to taste, and toss to combine.
Serve the pasta in individual bowls, sprinkling each serving with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
