Make this a day ahead.
1 12 oz. Bag fresh cranberries
1 cup Sugar (or sugar substitute if you’re watching calories)
1 ¼ cup Water
½ cup Diced fresh pineapple (You can use canned, but fresh is better.)
1 tsp Grated orange rind
1 tsp Spirits & Spice Red Apple & Cinnamon balsamic
- Bring water and sugar to a rolling boil. Add fresh cranberries and pineapple and return to a boil, then reduce heat and keep at a low boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the grated orange rind and the Apple & Cinnamon Balsamic. Mix well. This will thicken as it cools.
- Refrigerate overnight.
People will rave about this whether you serve with turkey or as a relish on pork or tuna sandwiches.
