1 small shallot finely chopped
3/4 cup Spirits & Spice Lemon Extra Virgin Oil
1/4 cup Spirits & Spice Key Lime Habeñero Balsamic
Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Sweet & Spicy Italian Zest
Add vinegar and seasoning into bowl and add shallots. Let sit for about a minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk oil slowly until fully emulsified.
