You will need:
One full round of brie
One oven proof plate that will hold the brie and a small amount of space around the perimeter
2 Tbsp. of Spirits & Spice Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil
1 Tbsp. finely diced shallot
2 Tbsp. of Spirits & Spice Raspberry Balsamic
A handful of dried cranberries
1 tsp. of brown sugar
Dash of kosher salt
Preheat the oven to 350-degree Fahrenheit. Place the brie on the oven proof plate and place the plate in the oven. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow the plate to cool before you serve it.
While the brie is baking, sauté the finely diced shallots in the Pumpkin Seed Oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the Raspberry Balsamic, cranberries and brown sugar. Sauté and stir for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and season with a dash of kosher salt.
When ready to serve the brie, spoon the Awesome Sauce over the top of the brie. Serve with crackers.
