1 dozen eggs
1 Tbsp Sweet mustard
2 Tbsp Spirits & Spice Lemon Cucumber Balsamic
2 tsp Spirits & Spice Tzatziki Spice
½ tsp Kosher salt
Spirits & Spice Sweet & Sassy BBQ Rub (finishing sprinkle)
Hard boil, cool and peel the eggs. Slice the eggs in half and carefully scoop out the yolk and place in separate bowl. To the yolks add the mustard, balsamic, Tzatziki and salt and smash and mix together until well combined. Place the halved eggs on a plate and scoop mixture into them. Sprinkle BBQ rub on top and enjoy!
