6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon Tapas on Everything Spice Blend
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is cooked through and lightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
