Take advantage of the last of the summer corn with this easy and quick recipe.
Ingredients:
- Ears of corn shucked, with silk removed
- Spirits & Spice Garlic Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Spirits & Spice Lemon Pepper
- Aluminum Foil
Instructions:
- Heat your grill as you would to grill proteins.
- Cut the Aluminum Foil so that it is large enough to wrap around the ears of corn at least twice with enough room to twist the ends.
- Drizzle the Garlic Butter EVOO over the corn and sprinkle Lemon Pepper Spice over the corn and roll it around in the oil so that it is coated with the oil and spice.
- Wrap the corn in the aluminum foil and twist the ends.
- Grill the corn for at least 8 minutes on each side.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
