1 ½ oz. Harp's Song Irish Single Malt Whiskey
5 Mint leaves
½ oz. Bitters
½ oz. Simple syrup
½ oz. Lemon juice
Hard apple cider
Green or red apple slices for garnish
In a shaker with ice, combine Harp's Song, mint leaves, 1 dash bitters, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, and top with hard apple cider.
