Grilled Rosemary and Balsamic Peaches
4 whole Peaches, cut in half and pits removed
1 Tbsp Rosemary, fresh, chopped
4 Tbsp Vinegar, Spirits & Spice Fig Balsamic
1/4 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
Preheat your grill to medium. Brush cut side of peaches with Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Grill until the peaches are tender but not falling apart and have grill marks. Remove from heat and place on plate, drizzle with Fig Balsamic (or your favorite, rich balsamic) and sprinkle with Spicy Mango Salt.
