Depth in the Afternoon Absinthe Cocktail

This recipe is easy and refreshing.  

1 oz Spirits & Spice Libertine Absinthe 72%

5 oz Martinelli Sparkling apple cider

Lemon wedge, for garnish

Pour ingredients into a glass with ice, stir lightly and enjoy.  We recommend a Collins glass, but any glass will do.
