1 ½ lbs ground beef
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 package Frozen tater tots (32 oz)
1 can Condensed cheddar cheese soup (10.75 oz)
1 Container sour cream (16 oz)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Cook ground beef with Spirits & Spice Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain fat.
Bake tater tots by bag instructions. When finished remove from oven and toss with Spirits & Spice Sweet & Sassy BBQ spice. Line bottom of prepared pan with cooked tater tots.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cheddar cheese, cheese soup, and sour cream. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Spread mixture on top of tater tots in prepared pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until bubbly. Remove from oven and drizzle with the balsamic.
Serve as a main dish, side dish, dip, or spread.
